Cancellation policy
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and cancelling or rescheduling an appointment becomes unavoidable. However, psychology appointments run for 50 minutes, and it can be impractical to fill these time slots at short notice. This prevents other clients from accessing support and impacts the planning and resources that go into each session.
As a small private practice, I kindly ask that you notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling as early as possible. Please note the following cancellation fees apply:

Less than 2 business days’ notice – 50% of the session fee

Less than 1 business day notice or no-show – 100% of the session fee

If you’re unable to attend in person due to illness, I strongly encourage you to convert your session to a telehealth appointment. For exceptional circumstances, please email to discuss your situation.
Please note that no further appointments can be booked until any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees have been paid*.
*(The Office of Fair Trading states that a business is within its rights to charge a cancellation or “no-show” fee for appointments, so long as this has been communicated to a new client before the appointment is made. This policy serves as notice of these terms.)
